  • Sign up for our weekly email newsletter, and follow us on social media @sidthecat

  • Our shows are located throughout Southern California in unique rooms from small to big. We pride ourselves on putting the right artists in the right room. Check our socials for more info on the rooms we go into. The venue map above has a bunch of them.

  • If the show has not sold out in advance, you can purchase tickets at the door during the event.

  • You can purchase tickets online for all shows, while walk-up purchases can be paid via cash or credit card. Keep up to date with Instagram, Facebook and Twitter as well as our weekly mailing list for the latest announcements! Some shows will sell-out in advance.

  • The box office opens at the listed door time for the event. Cash or Credit Card is acceptable.

  • Sid The Cat is not responsible for any tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling and can be canceled at the discretion of Sid The Cat/DICE.

  • Sid The Cat Presents has a strict no refund policy for tickets. This means that once you purchase a ticket, you are not able to get a refund, regardless of the circumstances.

When you purchase tickets ahead of time before the show date, you are paying to guarantee your admission, but if you have hesitations regarding the event date then please wait to purchase tickets until you are sure it’ll work out for your schedule (but there is a risk that the event can sell-out before you make a decision).

If you cannot use the tickets, please gift them to your friends. For sold-out shows, DICE offers a waitlist.

There are a few exceptions to this policy, if the concert is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a natural disaster or the illness of a performer. In these cases, you will typically be able to get a refund or exchange your ticket for a different date.

It is important to carefully read the terms and conditions of your ticket purchase before you buy, so you are aware of the refund policy. If you are unsure about the policy, you can contact Sid at sidthecat.com/contact or DICE for more information.

  • Proceed to the box office as any other patron. Occasionally there will be a dictated line for Guest List and regular ticket holders. Be prepared to present a valid photo ID for admittance. • Check your ticket or the website for door times, door times are also listed at the top right corner of the event detail page in the venue information. Set-times are announced before doors on social media pages (Instagram and Twitter) but are subject to change.
